"I’ve had car insurance since I was 16 years old and I am currently 56 and I have never met someone so knowledgeable, educated, and kind like Ushba Saleem. Ushba was patient and so thorough.
For the first time ever, I am aware of what my policy actually covers and how important insurance actually is. I’ve been underinsured for the past 10+ years and because of one conversation with Ushba, not only am I protected but my assets are too. I am paying $20 more a month with State Farm but never once did Ushba make it seem like price mattered. She repeatedly said insurance is about protecting you and I could tell she had my best interest at heart. She genuinely cares, and even asked me about my work, family, and more things beyond just insurance.
One thing she said that will always stick with me is “You’ve worked your whole life for your assets and the last thing you’d want is to lose all of that because of you aren’t protected fully.” She’s right! I am beyond impressed of how well mannered and kind this young lady is at only 24! You were meant for State Farm and I hope it gives you endless success! The true asset is YOU! Thank you Karen for having Ushba on your team!"

"Appreciation for Ushba Saleem
Ushba Saleem helped me in a way that I honestly can’t even put into words.
Originally, I was with GEICO, but after things started going badly and my policy increased, I decided to give State Farm a try. I was offered a deal that I simply couldn’t refuse.
Ushba took the time to explain everything to me and made it clear that, with any policy, her goal is to make sure I’m properly covered. That meant so much to me, especially during a time when I was already dealing with so much stress.
I’m still going through the motions with GEICO, but I’m relieved to know that I was able to make the switch to State Farm and have peace of mind knowing that my family and I are covered.
