"I contacted State Farm on 10/14 hoping to adjust my insurance rates after retiring from full‑time work, and Jeannette took my call. From the very beginning, she listened closely to my concerns and clearly explained the options available to me. She even gave me a bit of homework so she could better understand my situation and serve me more effectively.

"I had an issue with my car insurance so i called the office and a nice lady name Jeannette took my call.She took my info and started to look into it right away ,she told me that she wanted to take some time to properly look into it and investigate the issue.She called me back within a very short time frame and had resolved the issue.I really appreciate her time patience and most of all the effort to dig into the problem.That was true customer service as she could have easily done the basic tone of service but she went above to insure my account was accurate and I as a customer value that Thank you !!
