"I needed to find a new home owners insurance because my current one is leaving the area. I was working on crunch time and needed to get homeowners insurance coverage before the current one ended. I was quite nervous because I have been with the current company for 24 years. I had the pleasure of working with Jakob. Within a few hours Jakob had everything set up with my mortgage company. I was given a great a great rate and better coverage. Jakob is phenomenal!!! He was professional, personable , and patient. He answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. "It's been a pleasure working with Kymiya at State Farm. Being a first time home buyer, I was lost at what to do about my insurance. She answered my questions and gave me options to choose from, that fit best for me. She gave me quotes and the necessary information that I needed. "This has been a very helpful office! Jakob has been really great in particular, as I moved to the area from another state so it’s been a wonky timeline to set up things like renters insurance lined up followed by car insurance. Even when I’ve had tech problems trying to get quotes, I’ve been contacted quickly by Jakob to check in over the phone and by email, and he’s great at answering any question I’ve had."
